Cancellation Policy
The clinic has strict policies in place to protect the small business. If you make an appointment and cancel or re-schedule within 48 hours a $150 cancellation fee applies. If you make an online consultation and you cancel within 24 hours a $50 fee applies.
All online and in clinic initial consultations require payment 24 hours prior to the appointment to secure the spot.

Shipping Policy
Yads Cauchi Skin Health & Nutrition offers complimentary standard delivery for all orders over $100. For all orders under $100, a $10 flat-rate standard delivery fee will be applied at check-out. You can select Express Delivery to quicken your delivery for $15.
Pick up from Yads Cauchi Skin Health & Nutrition is also available for you to select. If this option is selected, you will be contacted by Yads to arrange a suitable time to collect your items.
Products can only be shipped within Australia.
Refund Policy
Products are not eligible for a refund for change of mind. To be eligible for a refund your item must be faulty or have caused a reaction. Yads is then able to replace it or offer a refund. Products must remain in the original packaging. To complete your refund, Yads requires a receipt or proof of purchase. Yads’ refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days has gone by since your purchase unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, Yads will send you an email to notify you that your item has been received. Yads will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Reactions
If you feel you are having a reaction to a product, please email yadscauchiskin@gmail.com and Yads will provide advice online or via telephone to resolve the problem. A refund will be issued for any reactions that cannot be resolved.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to Yadira Cauchi 69 Bettie McNee St. Watson ACT 2602. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
