The perfect high protein and fibre breakfast when you have no time

Sticky date chia recipe:
3-4 dates mashed with boiling water to create a paste
1 TBS peanut butter
1 cup Greek yoghurt
2 TBS chia seeds (ground for better omega 3 absorption)

A little extra milk (to thin it out) or maple syrup (if you are a sweet tooth like me) for the morning after ☕️🤏🏽
