Yads (Yadira) Cauchi is a qualified Dermal Clinician, Nutritionist and Beauty Journalist. She holds three Bachelor Degrees in Applied Health Science (Clinical Aesthetics), Journalism and International Relations. A Masters Degree in Human Nutrition, Post Graduate Diploma in Human Nutrition, an Advanced Diploma in Cosmetic Dermal Science and a Graduate Certificate in IPL/ Laser Hair Removal, alongside her Laser Safety Officer (LSO) quals. (Very important.) Anyway, all you need to know is that she has been studying skin health for a thousands years and evidence based skin health and nutrition are her thing.
She’s also spent over a decade writing about health and beauty for digital and print media including: Cosmopolitan, Shop Til You Drop, Beauticate and Gritty Pretty, but now predominantly writes for Adore Beauty and works closely creating content with evidence based skincare brands.
